Concurrent with our work in Israel and Cambodia, ICfC has engaged in other projects that similarly sought to use the historical, religious and cultural background of participants to make them effective leaders for peace. These included:
- A two-week seminar for the Moroccan Foreign Ministry at Al Akhawayn to train Moroccan diplomats in intercultural dialogue and diplomacy
- Consultations in Amsterdam, Germany, and the UK on developing strong relations between Muslim communities and municipal government, including integrating Muslim leaders into mainstream municipal roles
- Developing leadership in communal outreach and social justice initiatives in Indian business schools
- Facilitating dialogue between Korean and Japanese citizens about the Korean “comfort women” forced into sex slavery by Japanese soldiers during World War II.
